Job Description
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative 360° marketing plans to drive user adoption and transaction volume for the companys payment products
Merchant Partnership & Co-Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic relationships with key merchants, billers, and telco partners. Design and implement high-impact co-marketing campaigns (e.g., cashback promotions, exclusive discounts) to enhance our payment utility and network effect
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage consumer insights, market data, and competitive intelligence to tailor global best practices to the unique nuances of the Filipino market
Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from budgeting and planning to creative development, performance tracking, and ROI analysis
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and seamless execution of initiatives
