Join a growing business in the signage and visual communications industry, delivering high-quality signage, decals, and large-format print solutions across commercial projects. This role sits at the intersection of design and production, ensuring all artwork is not just visually correct—but fully ready for print, cutting, and installation.

This is not a purely creative role. It is a technical, production-focused position where accuracy, precision, and real-world application matter. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure every file is correct, scalable, and ready to go without delays or rework.

• Prepare and create production-ready artwork for signage, decals, and large-format print


• Ensure all files are correctly set up for:
  
  
  
  • Printing
  
  
  • Cutting
  
  
  • Installation
  
  
  
  


• Check and validate:
  
  
  
  • Dimensions and scaling
  
  
  • Resolution and colour profiles
  
  
  • Bleed and finishing requirements
  
  
  
  


• Convert and adjust files to meet production specifications


• Modify and adapt signage layouts across different formats and materials


• Ensure designs are practical and feasible for real-world installation


• Perform quality checks on all artwork before production


• Identify and resolve issues that may impact output quality


• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth handover and execution


• Support efficient workflow between design and manufacturing

(Non-negotiable requirements)

• Are based in the Philippines


• Have proven experience in:
  
  
  
  • Signage, decals, or large-format print production (MANDATORY)
  
  
  
  


• Have strong understanding of:
  
  
  
  • Pre-press processes and print preparation
  
  
  • File setup for printing, cutting, and installation
  
  
  
  


• Have high attention to detail and technical accuracy


• Can work efficiently in a production-driven environment with deadlines


• Understand how designs translate into physical output (not just digital design)

• Experience using Flexi software (highly preferred)


• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop


• Familiarity with different materials, finishes, and signage applications


• Experience working in a signage production or print shop environment


• Ability to troubleshoot and improve production workflows

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT


• Remote work setup
