Graphic Designer

INVENSITY INC is a technology and innovation consulting company from Germany with a branch office in Manila. We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to expand our existing team in our BGC office. We are looking for innovative team players who can work independently and would like to face unexpected challenges and opportunities in the tech world.

What can you expect?

• Optimize and enhance documents (especially PowerPoint, Word, and PDF) to bring the Corporate Identity (CI) to the next level
• Design visually engaging presentations, layouts, and outputs that align with branding guidelines
• Continuously improve workflows and processes for graphic/document design in an international team
• Transform conceptual sketches and drafts into professional and polished designs
• Create functional and creative UI/UX designs while collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team
• Edit and produce video content for marketing, communications, and corporate presentations
  
  

Your profile

You will be a great fit into our team if you:

• Have professional experience in document design and visual content creation (portfolio required)
• Are motivated and driven to find innovative design solutions

It will also be nice if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field that equips you with the skills and qualifications to meet the requirements outlined above for a Graphic Designer / Document Designer
• 2 years or more relevant work experience, with exposure to design projects in the technology sector or similar fast-paced industries
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and video editing tools
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and trends in digital and document design
• An inquisitive and open-minded attitude, with a passion for learning and exploring beyond your current expertise
• The interest and eagerness to become excellent in what you are doing
• The will to grow by your colleagues support, and vice-versa: offering your support to the team to let it grow further
