A bold, performance-driven digital marketing and creative agency is looking for a Graphic Designer to integrate seamlessly into its core team. The agency works at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial results, delivering disruptive campaigns across digital, social, paid media, and brand platforms.

You’ll support a diverse portfolio of premium brands across industries such as hospitality, fitness, lifestyle, retail, real estate, and property — producing elevated, modern creative that’s built to perform, not just look good.

This is an embedded, agency-style role where pace, polish, and brand nuance matter.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how brands show up across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints — balancing speed with high aesthetic standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Designing high-quality assets across digital, social, paid media, EDMs, presentations, print, and brand rollouts

  
  


• 
  

  Translating brand and campaign strategy into visually compelling creative

  
  


• 
  

  Executing fast-turn production work without compromising quality

  
  


• 
  

  Contributing to conceptual projects such as brand refreshes, campaign creative, and new brand systems

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining consistent visual standards across all outputs

  
  


• 
  

  Applying strong judgement around hierarchy, restraint, and polish

  
  


• 
  

  Working across multiple briefs and clients simultaneously

  
  


• 
  

  Keeping files, versions, and assets meticulously organised

  
  


• 
  

  Communicating clearly with internal strategy, digital, and account teams

  
  


• 
  

  Proactively improving workflows, tools, and efficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Designing with commercial intent — considering usability, scalability, and audience impact

  Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role

  
  


• 
  

  Have proven experience working in a creative or marketing agency environment

  
  


• 
  

  Are highly proficient in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and Google Slides

  
  


• 
  

  Have an exceptionally strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and aesthetics

  
  


• 
  

  Can confidently handle fast-turn work and multiple briefs without losing quality

  
  


• 
  

  Are design-led, culturally aware, and understand modern brand presentation

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly and professionally in advanced English (written and verbal)

  Are organised, proactive, and comfortable working at agency pace

  
  

• 
  

  Experience working on performance-led or digital-first campaigns

  Strong awareness of design, fashion, and cultural trends

  Comfort contributing ideas, not just executing briefs

  Interest in emerging tools, workflows, or AI-assisted design
