Role Purpose

We are seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to join our Global Research team. This role will be based in Manila.

This role focused on providing organizational and administrative assistance for research projects. This role will help maintain the day-to-day operations of research initiatives working with a variety of teams across the Global Research community.

Strong communication and project management skills are key to this role.

What This Job Involves

 Coordinate and manage the upload of quarterly research reports to the external website and internal client portal. Act as a liaison between the in-region research coordinator and the JBS Marketing team. Ensure uploads are completed according to schedule, provide frequent status updates to stakeholders, and confirm high quality results.

 Provide support for the Research Subscriptions tracking initiative

 Assist in the co-ordination of the Global Research Learning & Development Program

 Update the internal intranet SharePoint site (Connect) with research content and images on a

regular basis.

 Help coordinate the timeline for budget submissions and reviews and assist in collecting and collating budget inputs

 Co-ordinate the Internal Business Case submission for Insights and review process

 Support on ad-hoc projects as required

 Provide internal support on various programmes to increase efficiency and productivity

Desirable skills / experience include:

 Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.

 Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 Proficiency in Workfront

 Proficiency in SharePoint

 Excellent interpersonal skills to work with different management levels

 Excellent project management skills.

 Be highly collaborative
