Your Role

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in process automation to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Lead automation initiatives by identifying opportunities for auto-certification and streamlining financial processes.
• Define and establish automation rules, supporting the technical team throughout configuration and implementation phases.
• Facilitate design workshops
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure all processes align with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Execute regular Business Process Expert tasks in Redwood and Smartclose, oversee the processes in these tools and execute controls avoid disruptions
• Create and own global work instructions and procedures & perform training for Subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits
  
  

Who You Are

• You bring at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or ICA are a strong advantage.
• You have strong process improvement skills and have hands-on experience with process automation tools and methodologies.
• You possess deep knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.
• You understand core accounting processes including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• You’ve contributed to large-scale transformation projects and can design and document end-to-end accounting processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
• You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability and a positive mindset.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with agile project management practices is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Experience with Redwood (RunmyFinance) Finance Automation (configuration and implementation) is a great advantage. Also experience with Blackline or other Financial process automation tools are a plus.
