Your Role

• Seek an accounting professional with hands-on experience in process automation.
• Drive automation by identifying auto-certification opportunities.
• Establish rules and assist the technical team during configuration phases.
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Provide growth opportunities, enabling career shaping while optimizing financial processes.
  
  

Who You Are

• Have at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ICA) are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with process automation tools and methodologies. Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting processes, including Financial Accounting (FI)/Controlling (CO), GL, Accounts Receivables (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience with large-scale transformation projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to design and document end-to-end accounting processes with an emphasis on compliance and efficiency.
• Possess a positive attitude with adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools and reporting software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile project management is an advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Redwood Finance Automation, including configuration and implementation, is a nice-to-have but not required.
