8:30 am to 6:00 pm

BGC, Taguig

Licensed, 3 to 5 years of experience in site works

The Geodetic Engineer conducts survey and land development activities on project sites, using precision instruments to measure property surfaces. Shall analyze and interpret data for graphs, plans, maps, and documents, ensuring adherence to Daiichi’s procedural and building standards across all company projects.

Job Requirements:

  • A graduate of Geodetic Engineering course.
  • Must be a Registered Professional Geodetic Engineer with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge in survey works and/or land development.
  • Background in survey procedures and the use of precision instruments is a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and MS Office programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that project plans are implemented according to approved activities and milestones, timelines, available resources, procedures and standards.
  • Conducts surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours and other features of land surfaces necessary for design and construction of assigned projects.
  • Validates all survey reports and computations submitted by contractors and third-party surveyors.
  • Prepares survey documents needed to be submitted to any private or government institutions, as required.
  • Prepares technical reports of raw land properties suitable for land acquisition and land development.
