We are seeking a detail-oriented General Ledger Analyst to join our finance team in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with at least one year of relevant experience in record-to-report processes.

📍 Location: BGC Taguig, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: General Ledger Analyst (R2R)

What Youll Do:

• Monitor GL accounts and investigate variances including centavo differences
• Perform clearing of GL accounts including governmental to CIB accounts
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules for GL accounts
• Support end-to-end month-end closing activities
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals for interest, professional fees, rent, and intercompany transactions
• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries as required
• Monitor parked documents in SAP and follow up for posting
• Upload exchange rates (BAP rates) at month-end
• Record bank-related entries including bank charges and interest income
• Support adjustments related to treasury transactions where applicable
• Prepare GL reports and business review reports
• Support monthly financial monitoring and reporting
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Support audit requirements and documentation
  
  

What Youll Do:

• At least 1 year of experience in general ledger or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of general accounting and R2R processes
• Experience in journal entries, accruals, and month-end close
• Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
