JD – SAP SD Consultant

Staff: At least 2 -4 years of experience with SAP SD

Senior: At least 5-10 years of experience with SAP SD

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our team. As an SAP SD Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, upgrade, customization, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design and deliver effective SAP SD solutions, providing functional and business process expertise that meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Willingness to be assigned on any shift (Morning / Mid/ Night) depending on opportunity
• Eagerness to be assigned on either implementation or application maintenance
• Commitment and enthusiasm on hybrid work arrangement
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana
• Experience with SAP SD implementation/ Support projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with a strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and best practices.
  
  

As a functional consultant, you should have hands on experience in most of the areas below areas in SAP SD

• Implementation Methodology
• Master Data including BP Master
• Third Party , Intercompany, Make To Order
• Credit Management / FSCM
• Rebate / Settlements Handling
• Pricing Procedures, Condition types, condition tables and Condition records
• Basic Functions such as Outputs / BRF+, Partner determinations, texts, free goods
• Complaints, Credit/Debit Memo, Sales Returns Processing
• Automatic Account determination
• Delivery / Billing Process
• Contracts , Scheduling agreements, Billing Plan
• Availability checks/ Advance ATP
• Idoc’s
• Experience working with SAP Variant Configuration, batch management
• good understanding of Integration with other modules like FICO, MM, LE, PP
• Experience in data migration like LSMW / BDC / LTMC
• E-Invoicing / SAP DRC

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP – Sales & Distribution
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions and configure the system accordingly
• Drive functional and technical discussion with presentation/workshop material for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
• Generate Process Flows in Microsoft Visios for the clients proposed business processes.
• Support writing Functional specifications, Business Requirement Documentation, Configuration Rational Documentation, Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided and other project-related documents for the OTC workstream.
• Configure SAP SD and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Clients Standards & Requirements.
• Resolving issues related to SAP SD such as order management, shipping, billing, pricing, batch jobs
• Ensure seamless system integration between SD and other modules such as MM, TM, EWM, and FI to maintain efficient end-to-end business processes.
• Stay updated on SAP SD updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
