About Our Client

The client is a multinational fund accounting firm with a growing presence in BGC, Taguig.

Job Description

Direct and oversee all aspects of daily fund accounting activities, including accurate NAV (Net Asset Value) computations.
Analyze recurring NAV discrepancies and develop practical solutions to prevent future issues.
Manage the onboarding process for complex fund structures, ensuring seamless integration.
Maintain adherence to financial regulations and internal compliance standards.
Partner with internal teams to refine processes and improve operational efficiency.
Guide, coach, and support fund accountants to foster professional growth and high-quality output.
Introduce and apply industry best practices to enhance precision and streamline accounting workflows.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
6+ years of experience in fund accounting or administration, with exposure to hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and other alternative investments.
Proven expertise in NAV calculations, fee and expense accruals, investor allocations, and associated methodologies.
Strong ability to manage multicultural stakeholders and build effective relationships.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff development.
Skilled at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Amenable to a mid-shift and hybrid setup based in BGC.
