As a Full Stack Developer Senior Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Responsibilities

• Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Utilizing Java, Python, and JavaScript to create scalable and efficient software systems
• Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software quality
• Managing API integrations and confirming seamless communication between systems
• Conducting code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software reliability
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize performance
• Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Leveraging microservices architecture to build flexible and modular applications
• Supporting client management by building meaningful relationships and understanding client needs
• Navigating complex situations and adapting to changing business contexts

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Demonstrating proficiency in Java and JavaScript for application development
• Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies effectively
• Applying analytical thinking to solve complex software engineering challenges
• Excelling in client management and building meaningful client relationships
• Leveraging experience in microservices and enterprise application integration
