Fuel System Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fuel Monitoring Officer to oversee fuel consumption across the company fleet, generate fuel authorization codes, and prepare accurate fuel usage reports. This role works closely with the Fleet Management Team to address excessive fuel usage, driver-related issues, and operational concerns that may impact daily fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain records of fuel consumption for all fleet vehicles.
• Generate and distribute fuel authorization codes to approved drivers and vehicles.
• Identify and report cases of excessive fuel consumption and driver-related concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fuel utilization reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain accurate fuel monitoring logs, tracking sheets, and SeaOil consumption records.
• Coordinate with the Fleet Management Team regarding operational issues affecting fleet efficiency.
• Ensure all fuel monitoring activities are completed with accuracy, integrity, and accountability.
  
  

• Previous experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or fuel monitoring is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data tracking.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Honest, dependable, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports.
