Work Package Leadership: Lead or contribute to Work Packages through effective communication, scope management, technical expertise, and problem-solving
As a FPS Medical Enabler:

Medical Benchmarking: Proactively integrate external clinical trends and healthcare ecosystem learnings to enrich FPS LLC capabilities and ensure medical activities remain competitive and relevant
Evidence Stewardship: Ensure medical investments and scientific activities are impactful, prioritised, and aligned with DA / Countries priorities
Compliance, Patient Safety & Clinical Excellence
Compliance Guardrails: Ensure all business activities adhere to the highest ethical standards, navigating company SOPs, local Pharma Codes (iFPMA), and regulatory requirements to protect the company’s license to operate
Medical Governance: Lead risk identification and mitigation planning, implementing robust internal controls to ensure patient safety and data integrity across all DA initiatives
MLR approval: Act as the final medical authority for the review and approval of external materials, ensuring scientific accuracy, balance, and compliance with local regulations
Capability Building & Knowledge Management
Partner Empowerment: Coach and train internal squad and external partners on DA-specific clinical knowledge and medical compliance to ensure a high standard of scientific engagement
Medical Inquiry Leadership: Oversee the medical information process, ensuring that unsolicited inquiries from HCPs are managed with high-quality, evidence-based responses that meet global and local standards
Knowledge Architecture: Serve as the primary scientific resource for the network, providing timely expertise to resolve complex clinical questions and support the "One-Roche" approach to customer service
Innovative Medical Go-To-Market (GTM) Architecture
GTM Evolution: Co-design the evolution of Go-to-Market models for the late-life-cycle portfolio by co-designing and piloting cost-efficient GTM alternatives to traditional face-to-face engagement, integrating potential needs for Medical engagement
VACC Leadership: Apply Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach leadership to champion the medical transformation, ensuring clinical value is integrated into the digital-first LLC portfolio
Personalised Medical Experience: In collaboration with DA Marketing Lead, architect data-driven, scientific engagement activities that deliver personalised digital content, providing HCPs with a legitimate, high-value alternative to traditional service models
AI-Enabled Medical Affairs: Leverage AI and automation to enhance the speed and efficiency but also quality of medical content creation, inquiry management, and insight generation
