Job Description

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate pricing strategies and profitability.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

The Successful Applicant

A Successful FP&A And Commercial Finance Manager Should Have

at least 12 years experience in FP&A and business partnering
strong business acumen
industry experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution
adaptable to a medium‑sized, transformation‑focused environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
