Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities:- Work as a Level 3 support, investigating and resolving tickets - this can include on call support.- Work on enhancements - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in application development.- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct regular reviews of project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance application performance. Professional & Technical Skills:- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Fortran programming language.- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Open VMS, Linux, SQL.- Strong understanding of application development life cycle and methodologies.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications. - Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues.- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
