Job Summary:

The Financial and Compliance Audit is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws. This role helps safeguard company assets and supports risk management and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with approved audit plans.
• Review financial records, transactions, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain audit requirements and clarifications.
• Assist in regulatory audits and external audit engagements.
• Support fraud risk assessments and special audit investigations when necessary.
• Maintain audit documentation and working papers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA or CIA is an advantage.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in audit, accounting, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
