In This Job You Will

• Process and post invoices in SAP accurately and in a timely manner.
• Execute payment runs and ensure compliance with internal controls and payment schedules.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to support end-to-end S2P processes.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all invoice and payment transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Assist in vendor inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
  

About The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Source to Pay or Accounts Payable roles.
• Strong working knowledge in processing and posting of invoices
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred(especially invoice posting and payment modules) or exposure in a similar tool
• Familiarity with Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order processes and vendor master data management is a plus.
• Experience in vendor management, stakeholder management, project management, and collaborating with internal and external teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite): Location: BGC Taguig
• Amenable to work longer hours if needed mostly during closing activities every end of the month
