Finance Manager

Job Description Summary

The Finance Manager plays a critical role within the Client Finance Team, partnering with account teams, clients, corporate finance, and leadership to implement financial processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and deliver accurate reporting. This position supports both client and corporate finance functions, with an increasing focus on corporate finance to help operations manage budgets and achieve financial targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain annual budget and monthly forecasts
  • Manage and complete monthly, quarterly, an annual reporting including variance analysis
  • Coordinate with corporate finance and manage and understand C&W Services P&L
  • Work together with the rest of the high-performing client team on both client and corporate requirements.
  • Track financial contractual requirements.

About You

  • 8+ years related professional experience – FP&A, controllership, operations support, and/or public accounting
  • Experience working with customers and being a business partner, much more than closing the books
  • Budgeting experience
  • Financial modelling experience required.
  • Experience with invoices and PO’s
