Job Description
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Oversee and improve internal accounting procedures and controls.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risks.
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- at least 5 years experience in an audit firm
- at least 5 years experience in end to end finance leadership
- industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG, trading, or distribution
- experience in finance business partnering

- opportunity to be a finance co-pilot of the Country Manager and other key leaders
