- Work closely with various business units and budget/finance/treasury to incorporate strategic goals and targets into the budget and financial planning process
- Provide valuation and analysis support to business units in valuing and analyzing businesses and executing transactions.
- Able to develop business modeling and financial scenarios with good grasp of valuation and prior financial modeling experience are highly desired.
- Manage M&A initiatives from strategy development until execution, making sure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Business understanding, ability to challenge key assumptions and valuation drivers while remaining a team player
- Prepare presentation materials and socialize updates and analysis results to senior management committee.
- BS Degree in Business, Economics and/or Accountancy
- With at least 5 years’ experience in related field (financial planning)
- Candidate must be results driven and a team player
- With strong background in financial modelling
