The Finance Business Intelligence Lead is responsible for driving and managing complex finance-related projects that span across domains, requiring deep financial expertise, business acumen, and strong project management skills. This role focuses on solving strategic and operational finance challenges through process improvements, audits, systems analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage specialized finance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and commercial units to deliver impactful solutions.
  
  

• Conduct reviews of existing finance processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Lead internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to financial policies and controls.
  
  

• Leverage financial systems and tools to support project execution and reporting.
• Partner with IT and data teams to enhance system capabilities and data integrity.
  
  

• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and support change initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a project or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional finance projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
