Position Title: Finance Associate – Revenue & Balance Sheet Management

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to support financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting within the business unit. The role is responsible for managing Profit & Loss (P&L) activities, with particular focus on revenue management and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standards.

This position plays a key role in supporting business performance by delivering accurate financial data, timely reconciliations, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor P&L activities, with emphasis on revenue recognition and analysis
• Perform monthly revenue validation and variance analysis
• Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of reconciling items
• Support month-end closing activities in accordance with reporting timelines
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders on revenue and financial matters
• Assist in audit requirements by providing supporting documentation and explanations
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related business course
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
