We will count on you to be responsible for:
- Review broker placements for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Manage assigned facultative portfolio: account setup, process risks and invoices, reconcile technical entries, and follow up as required.
- Reconcile premium accounts with clients and fiduciaries; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Process technical account transactions using internal systems; meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate professionally with brokers, clients and market contacts; escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits and internal controls.
- Contribute to process improvements and perform ad hoc tasks as requested
- Deliver accurate, timely technical accounting for facility accounts
What do you need to have?
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in FAC technical accounts > 6 years in the reinsurance industry
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior reinsurance industry experience, especially in FAC Reinsurance, is highly desirable.
