Job Description

Our Client Partner is seeking an energetic and highly self-motivated Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an administrative role supporting initiatives and projects from the management up to the executive level. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEOs schedule and coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a passion for startups or tech, and an ability to identify opportunities and action plans for the C-Suite.

This is a hybrid role that will require you to attend in-person meeting or tasks.

What Youll Do

  • Work closely with the CEO to provide support as needed
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, operating as a strategic partner rather than a passive assistant
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
    • Independently develop and implement solutions to streamline administrative workflows
    • Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication logistics with minimal supervision
  • Resolve concerns and queries addressed to the CEO
    • Serve as a primary point of contact, interfacing confidently with stakeholders across all organizational levels
    • Communicate professionally and diplomatically with executives, team members, external partners, and clients
    • Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Build and maintain robust professional relationships that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Effectively oversee and assist with the management of projects and locations handled by the CEO
    • Actively participate in CEO-led and cross-functional projects
    • Coordinate project documentation, tracking, and reporting
    • Demonstrate flexibility to support emerging organizational initiatives
    • Contribute strategic insights and practical recommendations during project development
  • Effectively communicate and update on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive communication systems
    • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence
    • Ensure timely and accurate information flow across the organization
    • Manage multiple communication channels with efficiency and professionalism
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Science, or Technology
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office and/or GSuite skills
  • Passion or keen interest in technology
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with the team and other business groups
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is desired
