Job Description

The Events Expert reports directly and works closely with the Events Head. This position is responsible for leading marketing support services especially on events, experiences and activations as part of the over-all Go-To-Market plans and strategy. The Events Expert will also handle coordination with internal stakeholders, agencies, and third-party vendors necessary to ensure project deliverables.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Manage end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events contribute to overall brand positioning and messaging.
  • Platform Management:
    • Management and optimization of on-ground platforms, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
    • Leverage data and analytics to track platform performance, user engagement, and make data-driven improvements.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends to recommend and implement innovative digital strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to events and platforms.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful collaboration and execution.
  • Post-Event Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of each initiative against set KPIs.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize findings to continuously enhance future event strategies and platform management.
Requirements

  • 5-7 years OF relevant experience in events and marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
