Essential Duties

  • Provide timely support to ERP users across departments.
  • Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets and service requests.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and ensure uptime.
  • Perform routine checks to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Coordinate with vendors or developers for system updates and patches.
  • Assist in configuring ERP modules based on business requirements.
  • Support testing and deployment of new features or modules.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize workflows and system usage.
  • Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses.
  • Document system changes and configurations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions.
  • Participate in ERP-related projects such as upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
  • Support data migration and validation activities.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management, project coordination, or transition roles.
  • ITIL certification (preferably in Service Transition or Managing Professional).
  • Experience working in enterprise environments or with managed service providers is a plus.
