Job Description

This role is a key senior leadership position within the core Enterprise Architecture (EA) department, under the APAC IT organization. In this role, you will work collaboratively with global EA team to set architectural and technical direction across a wide span of enterprise applications and technologies. You will partner with business and IT leaders to develop business-enabling technology strategies.

• You create Solution Patterns and Technology Standards for relevant IT capabilities and work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and refinement.
• You drive the formation and evolution of application and technical domain models aligned with the required capabilities of the business and manage these models in a federated fashion across a matrix organization of domain owners and architects.
• You represent APAC as part of the Global Design Authority working in a matrixed org environment with a dotted line to Global Enterprise Architecture.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to discovery and conceptual design phases of IT delivery projects, selecting optimal solutions to support the APAC business whilst aligning with Global Architectural framework.
• In close partnership with Project Managers, you manage technical risks, stakeholders, and architectural / technical milestones.
• You will research new innovations in the market and cloud services to improve our platforms. Perform technology and product assessments to recommend changes to our target architecture and roadmap.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect that have solid experience across enterprise business processes and their relevant IT systems. These business processes include, but are not limited to: Order-to-Cash, Produce-to-Inventory, Source-to-Pay, Demand-to-Fulfil, Record-to-Report, etc.

• You have experience working in a federated, global Enterprise Architecture organizational structure, and have a proven track record of success collaborating with other IT architectural roles, business stakeholders, engineers, QA, and business analysts based in multiple time zones within a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
• You have experience in applying business architecture concepts like value chain mapping, business capability and process modelling, information modelling, etc. in medium-to-large global organizations to manage and evolve IT roadmaps, application/technology portfolios and governance frameworks.
• You have a wide array of knowledge across technology, from cloud, application, data, and / or infrastructure. A well rounded architect who can work with business and build relevant solutions needed.
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder skills, willing to work as an individual contributor and can drive collaboration across all levels, from devs to Heads of Business.
