The Role: End User Account Manager
What will you do?
- Responsible for hunting opportunities, accounts management for the energy business unit; Ensure that the solutions offered for a given opportunity ensure the successful project implementation, compliance with standards and achieves highest customer satisfaction
- Animate the business from the early stage of bid preparation, customer negotiation until handover to the project manager; Conduct effective communication from middle to senior level internal management
- Detect, lead and understand the context, both technical & financial of customer needs; Check opportunities of services (maintenance, spare parts, retrofitting, audits)
- Forecast and ensure a clear visibility for the coming months of his pipeline of opportunities; Secure purchase orders according to the quotation provided by the tendering team
- Manage bid clarifications and coordinate with different SME (Subject-Matter Experts) to ensure closing of clarification points on time
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
- Minimum of six (6) years of sales experience in Power and Industrial accounts
- Knowledgeable on Medium Voltage Switchgear- Transformer, Low Voltage, Breakers or Uninterruptible Power Supply (Single phase, 3 phases) is mandatory
- PLC, Motor Drives (MV - LV) and monitoring systems (SCADA) are a plus
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
