Employer Success Specialist

The Employer Success Specialist is responsible for supporting enterprise employer accounts by driving platform adoption, managing relationships, resolving concerns, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned employer accounts.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor account activity and overall hiring performance.
• Identify challenges or inefficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Help employers maximize the value of the platform.
• Promote client retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns.
• Support onboarding and adoption of new tools, processes, or features.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems.
• Track engagement metrics, hiring outcomes, and compliance with standards.
  
  

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, BPO operations, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Proven ability to understand client needs, resolve issues proactively, and deliver results.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• CRM and selling to US clients experience is a plus.
