About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist with extensive expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising email marketing strategies and lead nurture campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support revenue growth. You will also support for integrating Adobe Marketo Engage with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn,

What Youll Do

  • Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Design, build, and manage highly effective email marketing campaigns, including lead nurture programs, triggered email sequences, and automated workflows using Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Lead Nurture Execution: Create and optimize multi-stage lead nurture campaigns that align with the buyer’s journey to convert prospects into qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on email elements (subject lines, CTAs, content, design) to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Data Segmentation and Personalisation: Leverage data segmentation techniques to personalise email content based on user behaviour, demographics, and lead scoring to enhance engagement and improve campaign results.
  • Email Deliverability and Compliance: Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices for deliverability, spam compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.), and inbox placement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to optimise future email marketing initiatives. Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Non-Negotiable

What youll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools. Adobe Marketo Engage and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing lead nurture campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in data segmentation, dynamic content, and personalisation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Certification in Adobe Marketo Engage and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
