In H&B, we specialize in designing, delivering and managing flexible benefits programs for clients worldwide. The team’s expertise spans medical, life insurance, voluntary benefits, pharmacy, absence and disability management, actuarial consulting, claims audits and more. We combine technical knowledge and data-driven insights with global reach to help our clients navigate the evolving benefits landscape. On this three to six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help deliver it.

Education
Joining us for three to six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:
- Support the development and enhancement of professional visual materials, including client presentation decks and campaign collaterals, while ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the ideation and brainstorming of marketing initiatives by providing creative input and assisting in the development of campaign concepts.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development team, including documentation, coordination, and other operational tasks necessary for project execution.
- Support our wider process improvement initiatives
- Develop your knowledge in health and benefits consulting
- Gain hands-on experience in insurance brokerage and consulting projects

Requirements
To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need:
- To be in your penultimate or final year of university
- To be studying for a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Basic proficiency in design and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative, etc.)
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to feedback during visual development
- Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills to support both creative and administrative tasks
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest creative approaches for positioning new products in niche or professional markets
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn new skills
While not essential, familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative, and/or experience in creating marketing assets for service-based or intangible products, especially those requiring strong narrative or value‑proposition storytelling, would also be advantageous.
Workstyles
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
