Roles And Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce deployments and environment management within the Managed Services team.
Execute Copado user story promotions, pipeline runs, validations, and routine deployment tasks under guidance from senior team members.
Assist with maintaining version control, tracking changes, and following established branching and metadata management practices.
Monitor deployment activities, identify issues, and escalate or collaborate with senior DevOps resources to resolve them.
Document routine procedures, deployment steps, and environment updates to support team knowledge sharing.
Follow established security, compliance, and operational processes within the DevOps framework.
Education And Experience Required
1–3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce deployments, DevOps processes, or environment management.
Exposure to Copado for deployment execution, pipelines, validations, and branching workflows (hands-on experience preferred).
Basic understanding of Salesforce metadata types, sandbox structure, and release lifecycle.
Familiarity with Git and version control fundamentals (branching, merging, commit management).
Experience with automated testing tools or CI/CD practices is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed instructions, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with senior DevOps resources.
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Relevant certifications (Copado Fundamentals I, Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) are beneficial but not required
