Digital Project Manager

About The Job

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Digital Payments initiatives from ideation to implementation and business adoption. The role partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to deliver customer-centric, scalable, and compliant payment solutions that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Payments projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Ensure successful project handover, documentation, and post-implementation review.
  
  

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Align teams on project objectives, priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  
  

Digital Payments Growth & Continuous Improvement

• Support initiatives that improve payment adoption, transaction growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and product enhancements.
• Build business cases and support prioritization of Digital Payments initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements based on performance insights.
  
  

Vendor & Partner Management

• Coordinate with payment partners, merchants, service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure partner deliverables, integrations, and implementation activities are completed on schedule.
• Maintain strong working relationships to support project and business objectives.
  
  

What You Need To Have

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management, product delivery, or digital transformation experience.
• Experience working with digital products, payments, fintech, banking, e-commerce, or technology-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  
  

What Can Set You Apart

• Experience in Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, Wallets, QR Payments, APIs, or Financial Services.
• Certification in PMP, Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2, Lean, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
