About The Job
The Digital Product Owner represents the business side within the agile IT delivery scrum teams, making sure that solution epics are elaborated by area Product Owners into user stories / user acceptance criteria. They closely cooperate with designers, validate customer journeys, wireframes. They also review agile delivery teams results, assist in incidents resolution, support solution development being the first business point of contact for the IT delivery teams. .
What You’ll Do
- Creates and maintains product roadmap, understands the goal, and suggest solutions
- Organizes regular alignment and prioritization with stream leaders and important departments SPOCs
- Creates and manages product documentation of mobile app features and keeps it updated and accessible for entire company
- Uses proper tools and workflow to run regular scrum event as Sprint Retrospective, Sprint reviews and Daily Standups
- Maintains product backlog with properly described user stories/ EPICs
- Educate stakeholders about scrum practices and proper workflows
- Communicate well with stakeholders and scrum team
- Leads and motivates the team for best performance
- Prefers data-driven decisions over opinion-driven ones
- Actively looks for product optimization and improvements based on gathered data (user feedback, analytics, competitor benchmark, etc.)
What You Need To Have
- At least 5 years experience in Product Owner role
- Experience with delivery methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM
- Experience with owning customer-facing digital product s
- Ideally experience with Web & Mobile Application based product
- Ideally experience with Web SEO optimizations
- Ability to shape and define the product’s vision, strategy, purpose and functions
- Strong experience with translating requirements into user stories/ EPICs
- Ability to manage product development cycle
- Able to help stakeholders with defining their business case
- Ability to prioritize based on both business and customer impact
- Ability to manage product backlog
- Experience with driving product optimization through data & feedback
