Job Description

The Digital Process Innovation Manager drives operational efficiency and business value through process improvement and digital transformation. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing digital solutions that enhance performance, strengthen controls, and improve customer experience. Acting as a strategic partner across the organization, the role integrates continuous improvement methodologies with emerging technologies to modernize end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement optimized workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Facilitate process-mapping workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation, workflow tools, and data analytics to improve operational performance
  • Lead or support the implementation of digital solutions that streamline processes and enhance visibility and control
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, EHSS, and Internal Audit to integrate risk and control considerations into process initiatives
  • Strengthen financial and operational controls by reducing errors, leakage, and process waste
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks throughout process redesign and implementation
  • Monitor process performance metrics such as cycle time, error rates, and efficiency gains
  • Measure and report benefits realization, including cost savings and productivity improvements
  • Support initiatives that improve time-to-market, where applicable

Is comfortable applying structured improvement methodologies and using digital tools to enhance operational performance. Takes a systems-level view, balances efficiency with risk and control, and connects process improvements to measurable business outcomes. Clear communication, strong facilitation skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
