Job Description

The main objective of the Digital POS Product Manager is to initiate, develop, launch, manage and analyze the successful development of Digital and semi-digital POS Products based on customer needs, evolving e-commerce and/or financial technology (fintech) landscape and/or retail business trends.

What You’ll Do

  • Aligns with overall Digital POS Product strategy in planning, developing and executing Digital POS Product initiatives
  • Works with large partner brands (Key Accounts, E-Commerce, Fintech) to incorporate Home Credit digital journey in their digital sales strategies
  • Assists in ideation, development, execution, management and optimization of availability of Home Credit in various digital channels utilization, purchase and repurchase experience
  • Assists in collaboration with relevant teams to enhance end-to-end customer journey, from prospecting, to leads generation, to purchase, to post-purchase, esp. in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital marketing channels, and the likes
  • Assists in overseeing the management of digital channel sales touchpoints, including but not limited to, Home Credit website, Home Credit app, partner retailer’s website, online marketplaces, and/or aggregators

What You Need To Have

  • Relevant experience in e-commerce, online payments and/or fintech
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or fintech strategy and execution
  • Experience in digital-centric initiatives as Business/Product Owner/Process Manager capacity
  • Inter and intra-presentation and communication skills
