Digital Performance Manager (Remote) — AU Creative and Digital Agency

The Opportunity at a Glance

A well-established full-service creative and digital agency is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to own and optimise paid digital campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. The agency specialises in branding, creative design, and digital marketing, supporting clients ranging from startups to multinational organisations across industries such as property, health, community initiatives, architecture, and consumer brands.


This role is ideal for a performance marketer who enjoys end-to-end campaign ownership, thrives on data, and takes pride in delivering tangible lead-generation outcomes.


How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and continuously improving paid digital campaigns that drive real business results for clients.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Launching and managing Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns end-to-end
  • Setting up and maintaining conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4)
  • Monitoring and optimising campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Diagnosing and resolving performance or tracking issues with confidence
  • Building clear, actionable performance reports using Looker Studio
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data
  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining performance quality
  • Supporting and contributing to Google Ads activity where required

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role
  • Have 3+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation
  • Have proven experience running Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Are confident setting up and managing conversion tracking and custom events
  • Can build, interpret, and explain performance reports and dashboards
  • Have a strong data-led mindset and know how to optimise campaigns based on insights
  • Can independently troubleshoot campaign or reporting issues
  • Are proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple live campaigns


What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4
  • Experience in property, real estate, health, or community-focused campaigns
  • Agency-side experience working across multiple clients and industries
  • Curiosity and willingness to expand into new platforms and performance channels


Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday
  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates only
  • Fully compliant PH employment; including taxes and government contributions (Not freelance or project-based)
