The Digital Marketing Officer will lead the execution and optimization of digital marketing efforts to drive app awareness, engagement, and downloads for Yudu Learning App. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role covering paid ads, analytics, and digital growth experimentation.

The role requires both creative execution and technical rigor, including proper tracking, attribution, and reporting to ensure marketing investments translate into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Write, test, and refine high-performing ad copy based on audience insights and performance data
  • Monitor and optimize core metrics such as installs, CPI, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC
  • Coordinate with creative resources to align messaging, visuals, and formats with campaign objectives
  • Reporting, Analysis & Optimization
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for paid and organic campaigns
  • Analyze data to identify trends, learning gaps, winning creatives, and optimization opportunities
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for improving campaign efficiency and growth outcomes
  • App Growth & Channel Expansion
  • Support initiatives to drive app installs, retention, and engagement
  • Test and evaluate additional digital channels such as influencers, partnerships, communities, and app store optimization (ASO)
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with product updates and promotions
  • Assist in Social Media Content Production
  • Assist in the production of social media content for Yudu Learning App
  • Follow the consistent brand voice across all social channels

Tech Integrations & Tools (Campaign Effectiveness)

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the following marketing and analytics integrations are properly implemented, maintained, and used for decision-making:

  • Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel integration and validation
  • Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) for install attribution and performance tracking
  • Google Analytics / GA4 for web and landing page tracking (if applicable)
  • App Store & Play Store analytics (App Store Connect, Google Play Console) to monitor installs, conversion rates, and user behavior
  • UTM tracking and naming conventions to ensure clean and accurate reporting
  • Collaboration with tech or product teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy
  • Use of dashboards or reporting tools (native platforms, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar) for performance monitoring

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media management
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta and/or TikTok ad platforms
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills for ads and social media
  • Working knowledge of analytics, attribution, and campaign tracking
  • Organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
