As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will lead the digital teamincluding content creators and influencer marketing initiativesto drive engagement and brand growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the digital marketing team, overseeing content creators and influencer marketing efforts.
Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers (KOLs, KOCs, creators) on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote Bossjob through short videos or livestreams.
Draft collaboration briefs and video scripts for campaigns and daily promotions.
Guide influencers in creating engaging content by providing creative direction and inspiration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships.
Track, analyze, and report on influencer content performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support and oversee daily social media operations, with a focus on TikTok and short-form video content.

What We Expect From You

35 years of experience in social media operations, with at least 2 years in influencer/KOL marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video content, including influencer collaborations that drive engagement and performance.
Experience working with brands, preferably with prior agency experience.
Existing influencer or agency connections is a plus.
Leadership experience and the ability to manage a small creative team.
