About the role

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital & Content Marketing Manager to serve as the primary marketing point of contact for sales leaders across our global footprint.

This role is pivotal in driving demand generation, supporting new logo acquisition, and ensuring 100% retention of existing customers through integrated marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a digitally fluent marketer with strong capabilities in content strategy, content creation, social media, campaign management, and product marketing.

This role would require working in European time zone.


What you’ll be doing

Sales Enablement & Demand Generation:

  • Act as the marketing liaison for global sales leaders, supporting pipeline growth and client retention.
  • Develop, create, and execute demand generation campaigns specifically for LinkedIn, both paid and organic, across digital, social, and event channels to drive MQLs and SALs.
  • Creation of client platforms that are hyper-personalized for new prospects. Each link to hold a series of material e.g., final bids, sales presentations, a summary of our commitment to the client and the creating of client video testimonials series, used by sales leaders to share with new prospects to drive consideration and new wins.


Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Own the global social media strategy, including a full-year content calendar.
  • Oversee all social media elements—copy, visuals, scheduling, and linking to blogs, case studies, and gated content.
  • Build and distribute a social media toolkit and LinkedIn personal branding guide for sellers.


Content Marketing & Though Leadership:

  • Lead our content strategy aligned to company’s ambition for growth. Creating compelling content that is aligned to our brand voice and gives Pontoon’s point of view. These could range from one page messaging to 3-page blogs, or 10-page industry reports with co-partners.
  • To be successful you will forge a very strong relationship with sales leaders and subject matter experts. This content will be used by sales leaders to drive awareness, consideration and MQLs.
  • In addition, the creation of e-booklets to drive sales opportunities.
  • Creation of series of one pagers highlighting “what makes Pontoon great and why buy from us” e.g., infographics, social one-off posts etc.

Product Marketing:

  • Partner with the product team to create and sign off on product marketing sheets, including how this would appear on our website, and social media messaging to promote our new products.
  • Ensure product messaging is integrated into sales decks, bids, and client-facing materials.


Cross Group Collaboration:

  • Position Pontoon’s brand and messaging within the wider Adecco Group ecosystem to enable cross-sell opportunities (e.g., LHH selling RPO).
  • Take max advantage of Group or GBU’s content and repurpose Pontoon.
  • Align marketing efforts with group bids and sales initiatives.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


About you

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant proven experience in a Marketing environment with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Digital and Content Creation.
  • Minimum 3 years’ industry experience especially with a Managed Services Provider, or Talent acquisition is preferred but not essential.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Proven experience in content creation (blogs, whitepapers, web copy) for LinkedIn campaigns and sales promotional assets for outreach
  • Strong campaign management skills, especially on LinkedIn, to drive MQLs.
  • Expertise in social media strategy and execution to drive awareness.
  • Strong understanding of web strategy, development of new websites with fresh compelling copy, which includes SEO, SEM, to increase traffic.
  • Experience in product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Deep understanding of brand voice, persona development, and application across marketing assets.
  • Sound knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Lucha, and Crystal Knows tools products.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and execution is desirable.
  • Exceptional writing, editing skills and storytelling ability.
  • Video production & editing capabilities.
  • Understanding of brand design principles (adobe, InDesign)
  • Experience in landing page creation and account engagement (including hyper-personalized for new logo acquisition of customers e.g., dedicated client pages).
  • Track record of B2B event activation and lead generation.
