As a DevOps Engineer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development, operations, and security teams to facilitate seamless and secure application and software development. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on integrating industry-leading practices to validate secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of software and applications. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Leading the integration of development, operations, and security practices to enhance software delivery
• Managing the design and implementation of secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime
• Overseeing the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server
• Coordinating continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline application development
• Utilizing tools such as Ansible and Terraform for efficient software provisioning and configuration
• Implementing security controls and incident management strategies to safeguard applications and data
• Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot system reliability and optimize performance
• Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage innovation in DevSecOps practices
• Analyzing system components to identify interactions and improve overall system efficiency
• Validating project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations and timelines
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Extensive experience in Azure cloud engineering, architecture, automation, and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, manage cloud transformation projects, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
