Your Role

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of heavy industry equipment design to conceptualize and develop robust engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis and calculations to validate the design integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create 3D models, assembly drawings, and technical documentation using industry-standard CAD software.
• Conduct prototype testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize equipment performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in agricultural and heavy industry equipment design, with a focus on conceptualization, development, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant engineering tools.
• Deep understanding of mechanical principles, material selection, structural analysis, and manufacturing processes related to heavy industry equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing heavy industry equipment design, such as ASME, ISO, and ANSI.
