Demand Strategy Attorney

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic attorney to join our Demands Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing personal injury cases, assessing demand readiness, and developing persuasive demand packages that support favorable settlement outcomes. This position requires strong legal judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically throughout the demand process.

The ideal candidate is an experienced legal professional who can identify case strengths and weaknesses, provide clear guidance when additional work is needed, and craft compelling demand letters that maximize case value.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze personal injury case files to determine readiness for the demand stage.
• Evaluate liability, medical records, damages, treatment history, and supporting evidence.
• Determine whether a case is ready for demand or requires additional development.
• Clearly document any deficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to prepare the case for demand.
• Draft comprehensive, persuasive, and strategically focused demand letters and demand packages.
• Develop case strategies that effectively present liability, damages, and settlement value.
• Partner with attorneys, case managers, and legal support staff to move cases efficiently through the demand process.
• Ensure all demand packages meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and support continuous process improvements.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree.
• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, insurance claims, or demand preparation is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and sound legal judgment.
• Ability to identify legal issues, evaluate evidence, and recommend practical next steps.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
