Job Description

As a Change Analyst, you will be responsible for driving successful transitions and transformations within the organization. You will lead end-to-end change management efforts, including impact analysis, planning, execution, and adoption. Your scope will cover organizational impact, cultural shifts, business processes, and training to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.



Key Responsibilitie

  • sConduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges

  • .Analyze data to measure change effectiveness and prepare reports for continuous improvement
  • .Foster a culture of adaptability, resilience, and innovation across the organization
  • .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business goals
  • .Advocate for change management best practices and methodologies

Qualificatio

  • nsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related fiel
  • d.Experience in system implementation, change management, or business process transformatio
  • n.Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotters Change Model
  • ).Knowledge of project management principles and experience in project-driven environment
  • s.Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skill
  • s.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trend
  • s.Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change adoptio
  • n.High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of chang
