Delivery And Logistics Associate Bacoor

ACMobility is looking for a Delivery and Logistics Associate to support the timely, accurate, and compliant movement of automotive parts and materials across its dealer and warehouse network.

This role is primarily responsible for executing delivery and pick‑up activities while ensuring proper coordination, documentation accuracy, and adherence to logistics and inventory control standards. The position supports aftersales operations by helping maintain dealer satisfaction, operational continuity, and reliable parts distribution.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up automotive spare parts, tools, documents, and related materials between warehouses, dealerships, and partner locations
• Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and logistics instructions to ensure on‑time and complete deliveries
• Verify quantities, item condition, and delivery details against approved documents prior to dispatch and upon receipt
• Secure complete and accurate delivery acknowledgements, signatures, and supporting documentation
• Collect and return parts, warranty items, claims, or packaging based on established schedules
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, mileage tracking, and fuel consumption reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, parts, and dealer teams regarding delivery status, issues, or discrepancies
• Observe proper handling, safety procedures, and vehicle care standards at all times
• Comply with internal control procedures, company policies, and asset protection requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Vocational training or experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations is an advantage
• Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in delivery, logistics, distribution, or inventory handling preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and product handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
