Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation which may include:

Execute transactions without minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system (all new hires might require some direction initially)

Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate

Follow established policies, procedures and methods

Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned

Meet established goals and objectives

Patent Application & Processing (Japan patent and Foreign Patent)

Patent Prosecution

Helpdesk Operations

Patent Maintenance Fee Payments (Pension, Billing and Trademark)

Data Entry and Reporting OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in Intellectual Property or in Patent

Supervisory experience is not required

Open to all BPO and Non-BPO Industry
