Lead and develop AML and fraud investigation teams to meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

Manage daily investigation workflows, case allocation, prioritization, and reviews.

Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve quality and turnaround time.

Ensure investigations, narratives, and SAR/STR recommendations meet regulatory and internal standards.

Act as primary escalation point for high-risk cases, operational issues, and emerging risks.

Partner with QC, Training, and cross-functional teams to maintain quality, compliance, and process efficiency.

Support audits, maintain documentation standards, and contribute to continuous process improvement. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning shift Project Rest Day: Weekend Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

AML profile

With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Good to have 1 year supervisory experience
