POSITION TITLE: Fraud Associate

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and investigate suspected fraud or identity misuse by reviewing account activity, behavior patterns, and identity information to detect scams, account takeovers, and misuse of personal data.

Determine whether fraudulent activity has occurred, analyze how it happened, and assess potential impact.

Recommend and support appropriate actions to prevent financial loss and protect customers and the institution.

Apply careful analysis and timely decision-making to resolve cases effectively.

Document investigations, findings, and actions taken clearly and accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Morning shift

Project Rest Day: Weekend

Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Non-BPO resources but should have KYC/AML experience, OR, BPO resources with financial services accounts experience (not CC, collections, payments) - not necessarily KYC or AML experience

With at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience

Open to Financial Advisors from Insurance company but they should have experience KYC, basic Fraud

With at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
