POSITION TITLE: Fraud Analyst

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and investigate suspected fraud or identity misuse by reviewing account activity, behavior patterns, and identity information to detect scams, account takeovers, and misuse of personal data; assess validity and root cause, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and document findings clearly to protect customers and the institution from financial loss.

Project Shift Schedule: Morning shift

Project Rest Day: Weekend

Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

With at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
